The search is still underway on Sunday to find the teenager who accidentally fell Thursday noon in the Rivière du Nord near Sainte-Adèle in the Laurentians.

Since 8:30 a.m., police have been scouring the banks to try to find the girl.

Divers from the Sûreté du Québec, drones and police in watercraft are also present in the Rivière du Nord sector.

On Saturday, the search was halted around 9 p.m. after a full day that proved fruitless.

A patrol vehicle, however, remained present all night at the scene.
