The Local Police of León has evicted this Thursday several people who had accessed an uninhabited house located on Conde Ansúrez street in order to occupy it. The owner and her mother requested the police after receiving notice from some neighbors.

Once at the scene, the agents met with a man who reported that he had occupied the house with his wife and two children and voluntarily agreed to leave it. The man was arrested because he had in force a search, arrest and appearance order from the Courts of León.

On the other hand, the León Local Police instructed proceedings to the León Courts for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol to a man after throwing a rate of alcohol in exhaled air of 1.06 and 1.05 milligrams per liter, respectively.
