Unrealistic body images are a formative element of our everyday life. Whether on advertising or in the park – six-packs and other defined muscle groups can be seen everywhere in the first warm days of spring. However, the trend towards extreme muscles is probably nowhere as present as on Instagram. Hundreds of hobby athletes pose shirtless in front of changing room mirrors and advertise with nutritional supplements for the fastest way to the astral body. One of them is Fabian Niessl.
