1. Wash the blueberries, pat dry with kitchen paper. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda. Melt 2 tbsp coconut oil in a saucepan or in the microwave. Beat the eggs, 3 tablespoons of maple syrup and a pinch of salt with the whisk of the mixer for about 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
