Don Juan Carlos returned to Spain this Thursday after almost two years in Abu Dhabi. The King's father landed in Vigo around 7:13 p.m. in the afternoon before the attentive gaze of hundreds of journalists. At the foot of the plane he was received by his daughter, the Infanta Elena, and they both went to the house of Pedro Campos, a friend of Juan Carlos I. They will spend the weekend there.

During the first day in Sanxenxo, Don Juan Carlos is expected to go to the yacht club to spend the day and attend the celebration of the '6 meter class' regatta.
