Covid infections slow down again in Castilla y León, adding 2,023 new cases since Friday compared to the 2,717 recorded by Sacyl in the same period last week. Likewise, the Community adds a total of 36 new deaths from Covid.

The total number of infected thus rises to 759,856 people since the start of the pandemic, while the deceased reach the figure of 7,721. In the last four days, the hospital centers of León were once again the ones that accumulated the most deaths, with 9, followed by the hospitals of Valladolid (with 7) and Salamanca (4), while those of Ávila, Burgos, Palencia and Soria they counted 3 in each case and that of Zamora 2.

Segovia was the only province without new deaths, and to these deaths we must add the two deaths that occurred in the residences of the Community.

Active outbreaks in vulnerable areas were reduced again to 56 reported this Tuesday, among which Valladolid accumulates the highest number with 15 and 272 linked cases, reports Ical.
