According to a survey, after the abolition of the mask requirement on airplanes, a majority of passengers want to continue to wear a mouth and nose cover.
New Corona rules will apply from October. Passengers are no longer required to wear a mask on airplanes. FFP2 masks, on the other hand, are prescribed nationwide in clinics, nursing homes and medical practices. Masks are still compulsory on long-distance trains, although a simple surgical mask is sufficient for children.
