The two instigators of the project are Nathalie Sasseville and Tony Fournier.

“We have been together for 35 years and we have common passions which are hunting, fishing, the outdoors, camping, explains Nathalie Sasseville. When we practice these activities, we organize ourselves to be comfortable with good clothes that fit. We realized that there was no range of clothes to wear after an outdoor activity. After spending a day in the great outdoors, on the many territories of Quebec, we need to have comfortable clothes. Very often, this is when we tell each other about our days with friends, wearing comfortable, casual clothes. »

From that moment, their idea was made. We had to produce quality clothes, with natural fibers, and prepared according to our traditions, knitted, as our grandmothers did.

“It took us two years to prepare our products and have the possibility of putting them on sale. We only work with natural fibers from merino wool, alpaca and pure new wool. We are working to develop some products with other materials. Comfort, durability, softness and lightness are at the top of our priorities. »

If you are looking for a garment that will last a very long time, the price is accordingly, and usable in everyday life, this is the product to choose. Note that in addition, Orizon also manufactures accessories such as tuques and scarves.
