Sweet chestnuts are sensitive creatures, they don't like it that cold. But because they fall from the branches at the onset of winter of all times, nature has prepared them well against the nasty weather – firstly with a leather jacket in a chic brown, secondly with a close-fitting felt-wool camisole, nude-colored, worn underneath. They protect the already existing germ and the carbohydrate-rich body that then nourishes it. According to the plan, from March the germ will shed the vest and jacket and form a new plant by penetrating the soil.
