This Saturday, May 28, the chef Carlos Maldonada will perform a showcooking at the Abadía de Toledo Commercial Park with different dishes with quality food from Castilla-La Mancha. It will be from 12:00 in the Alcampo supermarket.

This call has the support of 'Campo y Alma', the regional guarantee brand that protects food of differentiated quality from Castilla-La Mancha with protected designation of origin and protected geographical indication.

Winner of the third edition of MasterChef, Carlos Maldonado is one of the best chefs in the region and, despite his youth, he has a Michelin star at the door of his Raíces restaurant, in Talavera de la Reina.
