A middle-aged Eritrean man in his thirties was found dead in a makeshift camp on rue des Francais libres in Bordeaux-Lac. There were traces of fighting on the body, indicating that there was a fight amongst the camp's occupants.

Three men were taken into custody by the PJ, the judicial police that was in charge of the investigation.

According to the prosecution, an autopsy should be performed within the next few hours. A knife-wielding man attacked and threatened a social worker in the same camp last January.
