Gema María García del Castillo, Dulcinea 2021 began by launching a solidarity message of responsibility "because the pandemic continues and there are still vulnerable people". He added that «the Dulcinea is not only an image, but it is for the city, for those people and institutions that want to take into account this figure, which represents the woman from Ciudad Real, an authentic woman from La Mancha, both for the traditions and for the current activities of the city». She explained the Dulcinea 2021 that "my intention has been to be one more link in the chain, participate, learn and thus be able to represent our city with the maximum respect that it deserves."

All the winners have been excited and have reviewed long-distance races to combine jobs, lifestyles dedicated to crafts, sports or art, but ultimately a moment that the journalist Gema María Martín from Televisión Ciudad Real defined in a single phrase can you be happier?

An elaboration that "has achieved success after going failure after failure without losing enthusiasm." The entertaining and dynamic gala has been enlivened by the performances of David Trece.
