The National Police have arrested a thirty-year-old man in the Valencian town of Alzira for allegedly assaulting his ex-partner at the door of a church after the communion of their daughter, before dozens of people, including a large number of minors.

This Sunday, around a quarter to two in the afternoon, the suspect appeared at the religious temple when a celebration was about to begin, after which he began to insult both his ex and their youngest daughter and her current partner , according to what the woman declared and collects Headquarters.

The current couple criticized the other man for his attitude and asked him to go out into the street, at which point a struggle began between the two causing his mobile phone to fall to the ground and break.

Witnessing the assault, the woman stepped between them and then the suspect gave her a strong push that knocked her to the ground. In addition, the man pushed his daughter when he wanted to defend her mother.

After several raids in the area, the aggressor was identified and arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of abuse in the family. The detainee, of Polish origin and with a criminal record, has already gone to court.
