A 47-year-old man died this morning after being shot several times during a massive fight between family members on a street in the Madrid district of Carabanchel, a spokeswoman for the Madrid Police Headquarters reported.

The events occurred around 1:40 a.m. this Friday on the Camino Alto de San Isidro when an argument between relatives supposedly related to debts that ended with several shots arose in some homes.

The only one wounded by several shots was taken to the 12 de Octubre Hospital by a woman in a private car. As a result of her serious injuries, she passed away around 3 in the morning. The Homicide Group VI of the Madrid National Police has taken charge of the homicide investigation.
