A 60-year-old man has died this afternoon in a traffic accident at kilometer 86 of the A-52, at the height of the Zamora town of Cobreros. The incident, in which there has also been a second man who has been injured, took place minutes before 3:00 p.m., when the car in which the victims were traveling, in the direction of Ourense, left the road and collided with a tree .

The 1-1-2 operations room has notified the Civil Guard, the Rionegro del Puente Fire Department and the Sacyl-Health Emergencies of the incident, which has sent a basic life support ambulance, a mobile ICU and a medical helicopter.

At the scene of the accident, Sacyl staff confirmed the death of one of the two occupants and treated the other, 59 years old, who was later transferred by medical helicopter to the León Assistance Complex.
