Yesterday, a calving cow rammed five people on Mount Valonsadero in Soria, causing two people to have to be taken to the city's Santa Bárbara Hospital, one of whom remains hospitalized.
The event took place at 8:11 p.m. when the hikers were run over by the animal next to the bike lane. The incident occurred while the farmer, accompanied by four other people with horses, proceeded to lead the horses and one of the cows, in this case just given birth, escaped.
The aforementioned animal took refuge in an area of bushes and when leaving attacked these people. The cattle were in motion since the grazing schedule begins between sunset and 10:00 in the morning, as stated in the regulations.
The rancher presented all the relevant documentation in force as well as the corresponding insurance. The Civil Guard is in charge of carrying out the corresponding proceedings, informs Ical.
