A 51-year-old cyclist has lost his life after colliding his bicycle and an SUV in the Alicante district of Banyeres de Mariola, as reported by the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU).

The event was recorded around 7:00 p.m. yesterday, Wednesday, on the CV-81 highway, in Banyeres de Mariola, and the SUV, driven by a 65-year-old man, was traveling in the same direction as the bicycle.

A SAMU unit was mobilized to the area, whose medical team could only confirm the death of the cyclist.
