A federal court in the UNITED states introduce Rick Gates, one of president Donald Trumps former campaigners, three years of conditional imprisonment. 45 days to be served in prison.

He is convicted of conspiring against the UNITED states and for lying to the FBI, but release cheaper to have the cooperation of two other prominent Trump-people, Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, slated.

the 47-year-old Gates pleaded guilty in February 2018. It was on the basis of the indictments from the special prosecutor, Robert Mueller.

"I want for this court to express that I accept the full responsibility for my actions that have led me here," said Gates, before the sentence was read aloud by a district court in Washington.

"I regret really that the mistakes I have committed."

Gates is one of the president's former business partners. He was vice-president of the Trumps kampagneorganisation in 2016.

in addition to conditional imprisonment, and a 45 day unconditional prison he must perform 300 hours of community service and pay a fine of 20,000 dollars.
