A Danish man has been sentenced for possession of child pornography. For the third time.
Usually, it triggers an unconditional prison sentence, but nordjyden has escaped with a conditional sentence - because of that the case against him dragged on.
the Man had child pornography images on his pc and mobile phone, and forwarded them to others via the Messenger.
"It is because the case is pulled out. The offence happened between 2013 and 2017, and the man says that he has had child porn ago," said prosecutor Peter Rask to TV2 Nord.
The offender has previously worked as a sent at sporting events with the children - also after having obtained a judgment for possession of child pornography.
