If you are not warming the meat up sufficiently there is a risk of being infected with salmonella. The symptoms are bl.a. diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, fever, and vomit.

the Fda recommendation is that you either cashier of the meat or return it back to the store where you bought it.
