'You are so strong'...... 'You are so mega cool – the system fails the victims so often' ..... 'I stand by your side'.

The supportive welcomes flow into Cecilie Danris' phone these days.

It happens after, to B. T. the past week have described how the 26-year-old woman in 2017 was stabbed 46 times by his ex-girlfriend, and how she has experienced failure after failure after failure from the system.

But Cecilies phone also has at one point been scary quiet.

She has received as well as one call or one e-mail from the Police, Probation, or a third authority.

No: "We are sorry that you feel let down by the system."
