the Winner of the 69. edition of a fun will use the title to work for sustainable change.

The 23-year-old jamaicaner Toni-Ann Singh was on Saturday evening crowned Miss World 2019 by a fun, which this year was held in London.

This writes the news agency Reuters.

The nykronede beauty queen will use her title to work for "sustainable change" for women and children.

- I will work for change that is sustainable. So if we are talking about women, so it must be something that ensures that their children and their children's children has a different value in life, says Toni-Ann Singh without to deepen the type of change she will work for.

The 23-year-old beauty adds, that it has changed her life to being a participant in the Miss World contest.

Toni-Ann Singh is a graduate of Florida State University. She believes that beauty pageants still have a great value today. And beauty is far from the most important.

- It is o.k. to celebrate things like beauty and strength and those things. But this is so much more, she says.

Toni-Ann Singh song, among other things, a version of Whitney Houston's "I have nothing" at Saturday's finale.

She received her crown from last year's winner, mexican Vanessa Ponce.

Participants from 111 countries participated at this year's edition of Miss World.

Denmark was represented by Natasja Customer, who in november was crowned Miss World Denmark.
