The 2022 work calendar in Valencia borders on the summer season with several holidays and bridges in sight, both at the regional and state levels. For this month of June, the Generalitar decreed a paid and non-recoverable day for the San Juan festivities.

Specifically, it is Friday, June 24, when the festivities par excellence of the province of Alicante are celebrated. In accordance with the 2022 work calendar in Valencia, this day will be a holiday throughout the Community, so workers will be able to extend the weekend with a new bridge.

Thus, according to the resolution published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV), for this year's work calendar San Juan is considered as a paid and non-recoverable holiday, unlike the previous year when the workers who enjoyed of the day off they had to return the hours later.

After San Juan and a month of July without holidays, the next non-working day in the work calendar will be Monday, August 15, the day of the Assumption of the Virgin, in this case a national commemoration.

Finally, after the return of summer, the following holidays according to the 2022 work calendar in Valencia will be Wednesday, October 12 for Hispanic Day, Tuesday, November 1 (All Saints), Tuesday, December 6 ( Constitution) and Thursday, December 8 (Immaculate Conception).
